Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the staff had gone above and beyond to return my forgotten headphones, which really made me feel valued as a guest. the room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a coffee machine with a variety of pods, and a fully stocked American style fridge. the cozy sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby restaurants and shops. I was also impressed by the thoughtful welcome gift of chocolates and a bottle of wine, despite the wine not being the best quality. Overall, my stay exceeded my high expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
